There are just under 600 homes and townhouses in Stoney Creek. On Wintergreen Mountain there are about 1,100 houses and almost 1,200 condos. There are about 2,900 homes, townhouses, and condominiums in all of Wintergreen. There is just under 400 undeveloped lots on the mountain and about 300 lots in the valley. (2019)

In Stoney Creek, the Wintergreen Property Owners Association has the following facilities open to all property owners:
Rodes Farm, a park that includes a swimming pool with pavilion, tennis & pickleball court, playground, horseshoes, archery range, and picnic tables next to a pond
Tuckahoe Clubhouse
• A network of walking and biking trails
• Stoney Creek Park with picnic tables next to the creek
• Nine fishing ponds maintained by WPOA for property owners, including a stocked trout pond.
WPOA's amenities on the mountain and in Stoney Creek are available to all Wintergreen property owners.

In Stoney Creek, Wintergreen Resort has:
• Iron and Ale at Wintergreen (open to the public)
• a 27-hole public golf course with a pro shop and locker rooms
• a gym and pool adjacent to the golf course (wintergreen club members only)
• four outdoor Har-Tru tennis courts (wintergreen club members only)
• Lake Monocan, a 20-acre lake with a staffed swimming beach (club members and paid public)
The Wintergreen Club offers different membership levels of which offer members unique programs and special privileges at its facilities.

A large farmers' market is held every Saturday morning at the entrance of Stoney Creek from May to November on WPOA property.

The Nature Foundation at Wintergreen owns and maintains Allen Creek Nature Preserve in Stoney Creek.
