Am I eligible to become a member?
If you’re currently a property owner in Stoney Creek (improved or unimproved), you’re eligible! Learn more here.
If you are a long-term resident renter (with a lease of one year or more), you are eligible for an associate membership. Note: Associate members cannot vote on club matters.

How much is membership?
Membership is $20 per year per household family. Learn more here.
What does my membership fee cover?
Your membership gets you a complimentary copy of our annual printed members directory, allows you to participate in our club social events and excursions; and helps us cover our operating costs (including new member packets, directory cost, webpage fees as well as help subsidize some of our member events).
As a resident of Stoney Creek, WVA membership includes the annual copy of the printed Wintergreen Directory and timely email bulletins, newsletters and invitations to social events and excursions.
Do I need to have my information printed in the member directory?
Participation in the directory is entirely voluntary. But even if you opt out, you’ll still get a copy.
Are my membership fee, or the cost of event tickets tax deductible?
The Wintergreen Valley Association is registered as a 501(c)(7) non-stock corporation in Virginia. Donations, dues, and ticket prices are NOT tax deductible.
