About the Wintergreen Valley Association

There are some 600 homes and townhomes in Wintergreen's Stoney Creek.
The Wintergreen Valley Association works to bring these neighbors together.

Besides publishing a quarterly newsletter and an annual membership directory, our independent community social organization has a network that sends out neighborhood emails, coordinates occasional bus tours, hosts townhall-type meetings with the resort community’s leadership, and holds several social events for members throughout the year (including a big Holiday Gala with the mountain community and sponsoring the annual Wintergreen Tree Lighting at Tuckahoe Clubhouse that is open to the entire community).

All resident and non-resident property owners in Stoney Creek are eligible for full membership in WVA.

There is an associate membership as well suitable for long-term residents (with a lease for at least one year). The only difference between the two is that full (property owner) members vote, associate members do not.

WVA is another great way to know Wintergreen and your Wintergreen neighbors. Annual dues are only $20 per household. Join us!
